Terms & Conditions

Homework’s Inspection Services guarantees you a complete, competent home inspection.  The inspection will be performed to the Standards of Practice established by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).  If at the conclusion of your inspection and reviewing your written report you are not satisfied with the level of service, I will refund your inspection fee.

Conditions for the Guarantee:
1.   Guarantee will remain in effect for 5 business days from the date of the inspection
2.   Client must be personally present at the inspection so we have the opportunity to discuss the inspection and findings.
3.   Client must provide their specific concerns in writing.
4.   A signed and notarized release form and indemnity agreement (available here) must be received to receive the refund.
5.   Offer only applies to residential single unit inspections.
